What is toldly?
toldly is a local-first organizer for appointments, reminders, notes, contacts, companies, birthdays, and important everyday details.
What are moments?
Moments are entries with a date, time, due date, or reminder - such as appointments, tasks, birthdays, callbacks, or deadlines.
What is the difference between moments and notes?
Everything with a date or reminder is a moment. Everything without a date stays a note.
Can I store companies, customers, or suppliers?
Yes. You can store people, companies, contact persons, customers, suppliers, and important details.
Can I connect appointments with contacts or companies?
Yes. You can organize entries around people or companies, such as callbacks, appointments, reminders, or notes.
Do I need an account?
No. toldly starts without mandatory sign-in. Your data stays local on your device by default.
Are there ads or tracking?
No. toldly is planned without ads, tracking SDKs, or analytics SDKs.
Where is my data stored?
Your content stays local on your device by default. Only when you actively use AI features is your input sent to the toldly AI service for processing.
Can I use toldly without AI?
Yes. You can also create and manage entries manually. The Assistant is an extra help.
How does voice input work?
You speak your input. toldly first puts the recognized text into the input field so you can check it before saving.
Which devices is toldly planned for?
toldly is planned soon for Android and iPhone.
Is toldly free?
Free use is planned. Extensions such as more Assistant usage, Voice, or additional designs may later be available as Premium features.
How do I delete local data?
The app includes a function for deleting local data. Alternatively, you can remove app data through the operating system or uninstall the app.
